What clients and organisations have said

Relax Kids is an innovative, exciting and engaging programme which assists children in their emotional development – something which is vital in today’s world and one which has been somewhat neglected until now.  As with all good teaching and learning strategies, it gets down to the level of the pupils involved, helping children to identify their emotions and put effective strategies in place to manage them.  Frances skilfully leads the children on this journey and provides them with the valuable life skills they need to negotiate the topsy turvy world of emotional development.  These are skills which they will call upon often, not only in primary school, but throughout their teenage years and into adulthood.  At the end of the programme in our school, one of our pupils commented, ‘It’s better than P.E.’  It’s hard to give higher praise than that!  I therefore thoroughly recommend this programme to children, parents and educators alike.

I was delighted to work with Frances on her Charge Up programme in St. Aidan’s Derrylin supporting pupils to keep calm in the run up to exams. Frances is a qualified play  therapist with extensive experience working with children of all ages. She has an in-depth understanding of the issues and stresses facing young people today and has a repertoire of tools and strategies to support their wellbeing. Frances is exceptionally gifted in her field and  engages children’s  attention and interest through her wonderfully inspiring workshops. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Frances has organised and led two 8 week ChargeUp Programmes for year 8 students at Erne Integrated College since 2018. Groups of students in year 8 have benefited from the activities. She has a warm and calm manner with the students and creates a relaxed atmosphere. The students look forward to the activities she has planned for them every week. The students involved appear more settled and focused after each weekly class.
