Each stage of the Relax Kids' seven-step programme is based on clinically-proven approaches to anxiety management, such as therapeutic exercise, positive touch, breathing exercises, and mindfulness exercises. These are effective when used as either single interventions or anxiety-management strategies or as full-length sessions.
