A “I Love Me” workshop will take place on Saturday February 15 at 10:30am at Fermanagh House. The workshop is suitable for girls aged 10-12 and is a therapeutic workshop led by Frances Rooney, Certified Play Therapist, Rainbow Yoga Coach, Relax Kids and ChargeUp Coach. This is a beautiful workshop to build on dreams, boost self-compassion, positive self image. We use yoga, mindfulness, vision boards, therapeutic calming play, breathing strategies, positive affirmations, creativity/co-creating, creative visualisations, meditation and relaxation.
