Yoga Nidra Meditation Sessions
Yoga Nidra Meditation Sessions offer deep, effortless rest for bodies and minds that never seem to switch off. Think of it as a guided nap for your nervous system, where you don't have to "try" to meditate or hold any poses-you simply lie down, get comfortable, and listen.
As an RN, meditation coach, and Yoga Nidra facilitator, we guide you through a gentle sequence: settling the body, softening the breath, and then moving awareness through each part of you like a slow, soothing scan. You might notice warmth in your hands, a sense of floating, or the feeling that you're resting right between waking and sleep.
This practice is especially supportive if you live with chronic stress, caregiving fatigue, anxiety, or insomnia. Many students report sleeping more easily after sessions, feeling less reactive during the day, and experiencing fewer physical tension patterns like jaw clenching or tight shoulders.
You're welcome whether you are brand-new to meditation or have tried everything and feel "bad" at it. In Yoga Nidra, there is nothing to get right. If your mind wanders, that's okay; our voice gently brings you back. If you drift in and out of sleep, your nervous system is still receiving the benefit.
Sessions are available online or in small groups so you can practice from bed, a couch, or a yoga mat-whatever feels safest and most accessible. We often weave in soft sound, imagery drawn from nature, and short moments of intention-setting so the relaxation you feel on the mat can ripple into daily life.
If your body is tired, your mind is noisy, and you crave a guided way to truly let go, these Yoga Nidra sessions give you permission to rest deeply without needing to explain or perform.
